2017 Experience Mission Africa | Immersion

3 Month South Africa Immersion | 28 August - 10 November

The 3 Month South Africa Immersion serves two different communities; Olievenhoutbosch, Pretoria and Darling Western Cape. Experience the township atmosphere as well as the rural grape vineyard region. Work alongside local churches and schools and immerse in the local way of life.

2018 Experience Mission Africa | Immersion

1 Month Mozambique Immersion | 21 May - 21 June

The 1 Month Mozambique immersion works alongside a long term missionary and young local pastors who have a vision of impacting their communities. You will experience the local culture, learn some of the local language, experience village life, and serve in practical ways.

1 Month Namibia Immersion | 21 May - 21 June

The 1 Month Africa mission trip in the southern country of Namibia, you'll have the chance to experience life among distinct cultures. The Erongo region is beautiful and by far one of the most popular tourist destinations in Namibia with endless red sand dunes and a bright blue coastline.

1 Month Himba Immersion | 9 July - 9 August

The 1 Month Africa IMMERSION team and live alongside the Himba people on the banks of the Kunene River in northern Namibia. As a team, you'll stay in a small settlement and experience both the joys and challenges in the rural community where people provide for their families through farming and raising livestock.
 

1 Month South Africa Immersion | 27 August - 27 September

The 1 Month mission trip to Africa is Olievenhoutbosch, a township south of Pretoria, South Africa. What began as a squatter camp with shacks has been slowly replaced by an urban area with RDP houses built by the government. You will work alongside a local Christian grade school and after care programme to care for the children of the community.

The 3 month South Africa Immersion serves two different communities; Olievenhoutbosch, Pretoria and Darling Western Cape. Experience the township atmosphere as well as the rural grape vineyard region. Work alongside local churches and schools and immerse in the local way of life.
 

3 Month Namibia Immersion | 21 May - 10 August

The 3 Month mission trip the southern Africa country of Namibia, you'll have the chance to experience life among two distinct cultures. The Erongo region is beautiful and by far one of the most popular tourist destinations in Namibia with endless red sand dunes and a bright blue coastline. You will work with a local ministry that invests in the local desert schools of the area.
 

6 Month Africa Immersion | 8 January - 29 June 

The 6 Month Immersion trip to Southern Africa you will join a small team of college-age young adults and experience life among three distinct cultural groups within South Africa, Lesotho, and Namibia. You'll spend the first week training and team-building in the United States, learning more about your teammates and what it means to "live your mission" at home. Then, the team will board a plane for three communities in the southern region of Africa, immersing yourself into the life of each unique community.

 

2019 Experience Mission Africa | Immersion

6 Month Africa Immersion | 7 January - 28 June 

The 6 Month Immersion trip to Southern Africa you will join a small team of college-age young adults and experience life among three distinct cultural groups within South Africa, Lesotho, and Namibia. You'll spend the first week training and team-building in the United States, learning more about your teammates and what it means to "live your mission" at home. Then, the team will board a plane for three communities in the southern region of Africa, immersing yourself into the life of each unique community.
